Light Rail
With the light rail, you can now arrive at our doorstep within 15 minutes from Sydney's CBD. Catch the L3 Kingsford line and disembark at the UNSW Anzac Parade stop.The L3 Kingsford Line includes 14 stops between Circular Quay and Kingsford, running down George St through the CBD, Haymarket, Central, Surry Hills, Moore Park, ES Marks, Kensington, UNSW Anzac Parade, Kingsford and Juniors Kingsford.
Bus
Less than 15 minutes from Sydney’s CBD, Roundhouse is easily accessible with nearly 1,700 UNSW express bus services per week from Central station. Guests can also access Roundhouse from Coogee, the Inner West, Botany and Circular Quay.392, 393, 395, operate along Elizabeth St in the city.370 from Leichardt, Glebe, Newtown Green Square and Coogee.400 from Bondi Junction, Airport, Rockdale and Burwood.
Cycling
The Roundhouse is accessible for cyclists with bike racks available across campus.

The Roundhouse is located in the North-West corner of UNSW Kensington Campus. There is limited parking on and off campus, so we encourage you to take public transport or walk / cycle if possible. You can download the parking map for directions on where to park.

Yes, each day will include catering for a morning tea break, lunch and an afternoon tea break.

During the registration process, you are able to note any food allergies which will be passed on to the venue caterer.

Each day will include a plenary session or keynote speaker(s), followed by a series of breakout and panel sessions you can choose to attend, depending on your area of interest.

Yes, you can attend as many breakout sessions as you like.

No, the AdaptNSW Forum will not be live streamed.

Yes, all of the plenary and most of the breakout sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the AdaptNSW website at a later date. Some of the workshop and breakout sessions will not be recorded.

Most sessions will be recorded and will be available post-event on the AdaptNSW website. Note that some workshop sessions may not be recorded.

Yes, details on how to access the Forum App are sent to attendees by email a few weeks before the event. The Forum App will include venue information, presenter bios & abstracts, the Forum program, venue WiFi details, attendee networking, Forum notifications...and more to come!

Attendees can connect to the venue WiFi network. Access details will be provided on the Event App and at the Forum.

Business or smart casual, however we encourage you to be comfortable, energised and bring your whole self to the Forum.

Yes, The Roundhouse is a completely enclosed, climate controlled building.

The Roundhouse is suitable for wheelchair access, with a lift to the second floor and an accessible bathroom. Please view our accessibility page for more information, and contact us if you have any questions. info@adaptnswforum.com.au

There are no dedicated quiet or meeting room spaces at the Forum or the Roundhouse. If you do require a quiet room space, please let one of the team know and we can guide you to a place that you can take a moment away from the Forum.
