Getting to the venue
Public transport There are multiple options for public transport to get to the venue.
Light rail:
UNSW Anzac Parade is the closest stop on the light rail (L3 Kingsford), which is an accessible stop. The venue entrance is located off Anzac Parade and is a 3 min walk from this stop.
Bus:
UNSW Mall Entrance on Anzac Parade is the the closest bus stop for routes 396 and 392. The venue entrance is located off Anzac Parade and is a 3 min walk from this stop.
Parking
The Roundhouse and UNSW have limited parking available on site. If you do require an accessible parking close to the venue, please contact info@adaptnswforum.com.au.

Mobility parking spaces closest to the Roundhouse are in front of the University Gym and the NIDA Carpark. Under the RMS Mobility Parking Scheme, mobility parking permit holders can park in any unreserved bay on campus for free.
Your Mobility parking permit must only be displayed when the permit holder is in the vehicle. Make sure you always display your valid parking permit to avoid being fined. Fines apply for parking in Mobility parking spaces which infringe the conditions of use.

Entrance
The main entrance to the venue is located off of Anzac Parade.
Information
The information & check in desk is located through the front doors on the left hand side. Head here if you have any questions or require assistance when you arrive or throughout the event. You can also ask any AdaptNSW Forum volunteer or staff member if you require assistance.
Wheelchairs
The Roundhouse venue has step-free access to all event areas and is also wheelchair accessible. There are lifts available to reach the first floor.
Lifts
The venue has a second floor which is accessed via stairs or the lift, located near the registration desk. If you require lift access head to the information desk and they can assist you.
Toilets
Accessible bathrooms are located on the ground and first floors of the venue.
Assistance animals
Assistance animals that are specifically trained and accredited to assist people with disabilities under the relevant state or territory law are welcome to attend the AdaptNSW Forum and enter the venue.
Quiet rooms / spaces
There is no dedicated quiet room / space at the venue, however if you do require assistance and a space to have a quiet moment, please chat to a member of staff or head to the information desk.
Water
Water will always be available at the catering area.

The Roundhouse venue does have a hearing loop available. If you require use of this service please contact us on info@adaptnswforum.com.au.
Other services
If you require Auslan or Captioning services, please contact us on info@adaptnswforum.com.au.
Recording / Live Streaming The event won’t be live streamed, however most of the sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the AdaptNSW website at a later date. You can view previous Forum info and recordings here.
